The embodiment of the invention provides a subtropical climate mass concrete three-dimensional temperature control system. According to the system, water return containers are respectively arranged on two sides of a truss structure, a water distribution pipe is arranged along the lower part of a vault, canvas waterproof layers are arranged on the surfaces of the two sides of a double-layer heat-insulation air bubble film, an air bubble film is arranged in the middle, a plurality of water guide pipes are evenly arranged along the water distribution pipe and communicate with gaps of the double-layer heat-insulation air bubble film, water pipes are arranged at the positions, on the two sides of the truss structure, of the bottoms of the double-layer heat-insulation air bubble film and communicate with the water return containers, a cooling water pipe is laid in an S shape, and refrigeration equipment and water pumps are arranged in the water return containers. The system has the advantages that the double-layer heat-insulation air bubble film is adopted, cooling circulation water flows among air bubbles, the water flow on the air bubble film is reduced, heat in the air bubbles is taken away in the flowing process, meanwhile a heat preservation and insulation layer can be formed by means of the heat insulation effect of the canvas waterproof layers on the two sides, and the phenomenon that external heat enters the internal space through the double-layer heat-insulation air bubble film can be avoided.
本发明实施例提供了一种亚热带气候大体积混凝土立体温控系统,包括:在桁架结构的两侧分别设有回水容器,沿着拱顶的下部设有布水管;双层隔热气泡膜两侧表面均为帆布防水层,中间是气泡膜,沿着布水管均匀设有若干个导水管连通到双层隔热气泡膜的间隙,在桁架结构两侧的双层隔热气泡膜的底部设有水管与回水容器连通;冷却水管呈S形铺设;回水容器内设有制冷设备和水泵。本发明采用双层隔热气泡膜,冷却循环的水在气泡之间流过,降低了气泡膜上的水流量,通过流动过程中将气泡中的热量带走,同时借助两侧的帆布防水层的隔热效果,从而可以形成一个保温隔热层,避免外部热量通过双层隔热气泡膜进入到内部空间。
