The invention discloses a mechanical priority electronic lock. The mechanical priority electronic lock comprises a lock shell, and a spring bolt assembly, an electronic driving assembly, a mechanical unlocking device and a disengagement and engagement mechanism are arranged in the lock shell. The spring bolt assembly comprises a spring bolt capable of extending out of and retracting into the lock shell. The electronic driving assembly comprises a driving motor and a power output mechanism, the driving motor drives the spring bolt to extend out of or retract into the lock shell through the power output mechanism when working, and the power output mechanism comprises a clutch. The mechanical unlocking device comprises a driving part capable of rotating relative to the lock shell, the driving part drives the spring bolt to extend out of or retract into the lock shell when rotating, and the driving part drives the disengagement and engagement mechanism to move when rotating so that the clutch can be switched into a disengaged state. In the unlocking and locking process of the mechanical unlocking device, the clutch is firstly driven so that the clutch can be switched into the disengaged state, and conflict between the mechanical unlocking structure and an electronic unlocking structure can be avoided.
