The invention discloses a daylighting adjustable type aluminum alloy door and window. The daylighting adjustable type aluminum alloy door and window comprises a window frame and window glass embedded in the window frame, the inner wall of the window frame sinks inwards to form a containing groove, and a telescopic rotating light reflecting assembly is embedded in the containing groove; and the telescopic rotating light reflecting assembly at least comprises a telescopic rod set capable of extending or shortening and a light reflecting plate capable of being arranged in a rotating mode. The containing groove is formed in the window frame, the telescopic rotating light reflecting assembly is embedded in the containing groove, the adjustment of the lighting area is correspondingly achieved through the arrangement of the telescopic rod set, meanwhile, based on the rotationally-arranged light reflecting plate, sunshine can be effectively obtained when the sun is located at the deviation position, the sunshine is further reflected to the window glass, effective collection and adjustment of daylighting are achieved, and the rotating angle can be further adjusted so as to better adapt to adjustment of different daylighting degrees.
