The aluminum alloy door and window with adjustable transparency comprises a door and window frame, wherein glass is arranged in the door and window frame and comprises inner-layer glass and outer-layer glass which are parallel, and the inner-layer glass and the outer-layer glass are provided with transparency adjusting devices; each transparency adjusting device comprises two rotating shafts and a gradually-changed light-transmitting film, the two rotating shafts are located in the left side and the right side of the door and window frame respectively, the gradually-changed light-transmitting film is wound around the rotating shafts, and the light transmittances of all areas of the gradually-changed light-transmitting film are different; rotating wheels are arranged at the end parts of the rotating shafts. The transparency of the aluminum alloy door and window is rapidly adjusted, and the breakage-proof capacity and the heat insulation and sound insulation performance of the aluminum alloy door and window are improved by arranging the inner glass and the outer glass; the gradually-changed light-transmitting films can be controlled to move by rotating the rotating wheels, so that the light transmittance is changed, and the light transmittance adjusting requirement and the privacy protection requirement in daily use are met; meanwhile, the light transmission amount changes continuously, flexibly and unabruptly, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
