Composite wood core floor and manufacturing process thereof
The invention discloses a composite wood core floor and a manufacturing process thereof, and relates to the technical field of building decoration. The composite wood core floor comprises two base body layers distributed up and down and a center layer located between the two base body layers, wherein the base body layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of PP, 45-95 parts of calcium powder, 1-5 parts of a calcium-zinc heat stabilizer, 1-6 parts of a coupling agent, 2-8 parts of a reinforcing agent, 0.1-0.8 part of an anti-aging agent and 0.01-0.2 part of a lubricant. The wood shavings and the straw shavings are obtained through simple processing of natural renewable wood, the wood shavings and the straw shavings can serve as center materials of the wood core floor, the mechanical strength of the wood core floor can be improved due to the characteristics of the wood shavings and the straw shavings, and use of reinforcing agents can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种复合木芯地板及其制作工艺,涉及建筑装饰技术领域,包括上下分布的两个基体层和位于两个基体层之间的中心层,基体层包括以下重量份数的原料:PP15‑35份、钙粉45‑95份、钙‑锌热稳定剂1‑5份、偶联剂1‑6份、增强剂2‑8份和抗老化剂0.1‑0.8份以及润滑剂0.01‑0.2份。本发明中木质刨花和秸秆刨花是天然可再生木材经过简单加工得到,木质刨花和秸秆刨花不但能够作为木芯地板的中心料,而且由于木质刨花和秸秆刨花的特性能够增加木芯地板的机械强度,可减少增强剂的使用。
