The structure comprises: a frame, wherein an I-end traction beam and an II-end traction beam are arranged at the two ends of the frame respectively; a cab, wherein the cab is arranged at one end of the wagon frame, and inclined sound insulation glass is arranged on the side, away from the frame, of the cab, so that a driver can observe a line turnout and a steel rail at the same time; a power chamber, wherein the power chamber is arranged at the other end of the frame, and the power chamber is movably connected with a first top cover and a second top cover which are independent from each other; and a machine room, wherein the two sides of the machine room are of open structures, the machine room is arranged on the frame and located between the cab and the power chamber, and a water tank and a dust collecting device can be placed in the machine room. According to the grinding wagon body structure, normal and stable operation of a rail car can be structurally guaranteed, the requirement for safely passing through a specified curve is met, and meanwhile the corresponding strength and rigidity requirements are met.
