Steel rail grinding wagon
The invention discloses a steel rail grinding wagon which only comprises a single-section vehicle, a pantograph is arranged on the upper part of the vehicle, and a grinding trolley is arranged at thebottom of the vehicle. The steel rail grinding wagon adopts an overhead line system as the only power source of the whole wagon running and grinding operation. The steel rail grinding wagon directly takes electricity from the overhead line system through the pantograph and supplies power to a walking power system, a grinding operation system and an auxiliary system of the steel rail grinding wagonafter rectification and inversion. The rail grinding wagon can solve the technical problems that an existing rail grinding wagon cannot achieve metro overhead line system full-line zero-emission operation, cannot meet the requirement for flexible marshalling operation of the rail grinding wagon, and is limited in application occasion, limited in grinding angle and poor in grinding quality and effect.
本发明公开了一种钢轨打磨车,仅包括单节车辆,车辆的上部设置有受电弓,车辆的底部设置有打磨小车。钢轨打磨车采用接触网作为唯一整车走行及打磨作业动力来源。钢轨打磨车直接通过受电弓从接触网取电,再经过整流逆变后分别为钢轨打磨车的走行动力系统、打磨作业系统及辅助系统供电。本发明能够解决现有钢轨打磨车无法实现地铁接触网全线路零排放作业,无法满足钢轨打磨车灵活编组作业需求,应用场合有限、打磨角度受限,以及打磨质量和效果不佳的技术问题。
