The invention provides crystalline graphene, a preparation method thereof and modified asphalt, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) placing high-activity Ca (OH) 2 powder in a reaction furnace, heating to a preset temperature in an inert protective atmosphere, and keeping the temperature; wherein the content of Ca (OH) 2 in the high-activity Ca (OH) 2 powder is not less than 90% by mass, the content of Mg (OH) 2 is 0.1-5% by mass, and the balance is impurities; (2) introducing a carbon source into the reaction furnace, and carrying out chemical vapor deposition reaction to obtain a solid-phase product; (3) carrying out acid pickling on the solid-phase product to obtain a crystalline graphene blank; and (4) placing the crystalline graphene blank in a furnace containing hydrogen or carbon dioxide atmosphere, and performing high-temperature etching to obtain the crystalline graphene. The crystalline graphene can be highly matched with an asphalt mixture, and the high and low temperature performance of asphalt is improved.
本发明提供一种晶形石墨烯及其制备方法和改性沥青,包括如下步骤:(1)将高活性Ca(OH)2粉体置于反应炉中,在惰性保护气氛下升温到预设温度并保持该温度;按照质量百分比计,高活性Ca(OH)2粉体中Ca(OH)2的含量不小于90%、Mg(OH)2的在0.1%~5%之间,其余为杂质;(2)向反应炉内通入碳源,进行化学气相沉积反应,得到固相产物;(3)将固相产物进行酸洗,得到晶形石墨烯毛料;(4)将晶形石墨烯毛料置于含有氢气或二氧化碳气氛的炉内,高温刻蚀,得到晶形石墨烯。所述晶形石墨烯能与沥青混合物高度适配,提高沥青的高低温性能。
