Graphene oxide powerful agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a graphene oxide reinforcing agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The graphene oxide reinforcing agent is prepared from the following raw materials: graphene oxide dispersion liquid, modified starch, polyethylene glycol, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and water. Graphene has excellent mechanical properties and can be used as a filler to increase the compactness of concrete, but the application of graphene in concrete is limited due to the dispersion problem of graphene. A special dispersing agent is selected, graphene oxide can be fully dispersed to form a stable solution, the water reducing agent can be prevented from being adsorbed by graphene, and the stability of the solution can still be kept even after the dispersing agent is compounded with other materials, so that the concrete workability is improved, and meanwhile, the strength of the concrete is improved.
本发明涉及一种氧化石墨烯强效剂及其制备方法和应用,所述氧化石墨烯强效剂的制备原料包括氧化石墨烯分散液、改性淀粉、聚乙二醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚羧酸减水剂和水。石墨烯具有优异的力学性能,可作为填充物增加混凝土的密实性,但由于其分散问题导致其在混凝土的应用中受限。本发明选择了一种较为特别的分散剂,其既可以充分分散氧化石墨烯形成稳定的溶液,又可防止石墨烯对减水剂的吸附,甚至与其他材料复合后仍然可以保持溶液的稳定性,从而起到改善混凝土和易性作用的同时提高混凝土的强度。
