Novel tunnel guniting material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a novel tunnel guniting material and a preparation method thereof, the novel tunnel guniting material comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises the following raw materials by mass: 50 to 100 parts of cement; 40 to 80 parts of fine aggregate; 50 to 100 parts of fine sand; and 0.2 to 0.5 part of short fibers. The component B is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80 to 160 parts of polyethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion; 4 to 8 parts of an MK-1 reinforcing agent; 0.3 to 1 part of a waterproof agent; 0.7 to 1.5 parts of a water reducing agent; and 1.3 to 2.5 parts of an accelerator. According to the present invention, the medium toughness and the medium rigidity can be achieved, the flexibility of the organic polymer is provided, the excellent guniting material indexes such as high adhesion, reinforced support, impermeability, pressure resistance, alkali resistance, crack resistance, crack expansion resistance, low rebound rate and the like are provided, the cost can be effectively saved, and the serious waste of the guniting material can be avoided.
本发明提供了一种新型隧道喷浆材料及其制备方法,由组分A和组分B组成,所述组分A包括以下质量份数的原料:水泥50~100份;细骨料40~80份;细沙50~100份;短纤维0.2~0.5份;所述组分B包括以下质量份数的原料:聚乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯乳液80~160份;MK‑1增强剂4~8份;防水剂0.3~1份;减水剂0.7~1.5份;速凝剂1.3~2.5份。本发明可达到中度韧度刚性,同时具有机聚合物的柔性并且具有高粘附性、加固支撑、抗渗性、抗压性、耐碱性、抗裂性及抵抗纹裂扩展的能力,回弹率低等优秀的喷浆材料指标,可有效节约成本,避免喷浆材料的严重浪费。
