A support of the slurry spreading assembly is fixed to a shell, a slurry storage tank is fixed to the support, a slurry conveying pipeline is arranged on the slurry storage tank, a partition box is fixed to the end, away from the slurry storage tank, of the slurry conveying pipeline, one end of a connecting rod is rotationally installed at the end, away from the slurry conveying pipeline, of the partition box, and one end of a slurry scraping plate is rotationally installed at the end, away from the partition box, of the connecting rod.
