The invention relates to a laying mechanical arm end effector, a laying robot and a laying method.The end effector comprises a bearing plate, a vibration compaction module and a connecting plate used for being connected with a mechanical arm are arranged on one face of the bearing plate, and a ceramic tile taking and placing module is arranged on the other face of the bearing plate; the end effector further comprises a bonding module. The bonding module comprises a shunting structure and a switch baffle mechanism. The shunting structure comprises a plurality of slurry outlets formed in one side of the ceramic tile taking and placing module of the bearing plate and a slurry inlet which is connected with the plurality of slurry outlets and penetrates through the bearing plate, and the shunting structure is used for shunting ceramic tile glue input from the slurry inlet to the plurality of slurry outlets; the switch baffle plate mechanism is arranged at the pulp outlet and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the pulp outlet. Compared with the prior art, the tile paving device does not need to be matched with special equipment and has the advantages of high tile paving efficiency, high transportability and the like.
