The fish migration dam-passing auxiliary system comprises a migration pool, a lifting platform, a sorting pool, a fish passing pipeline and a induction pipeline, wherein the downstream end of the migration pool is an inlet, and the upstream end of the migration pool is an outlet; the lifting platform is arranged at the outlet of the migration pool, a liftable fish collecting box is arranged on the lifting platform, and the fish collecting box can descend to the water and is in communication with the outlet of the migration pool; the sorting pool is arranged on the shore, a transfer sliding way is arranged between the sorting pool and the lifting table, a transfer box is arranged on the transfer sliding way in a sliding mode, and a hopper box transfers the fishes in the fish collecting box to the sorting pool to be sorted; two ends of the fish passing pipeline are correspondingly in communication with the upstream water area of a dam and the sorting pool; and the induction pipeline is used for inducing fishes to enter a migration pool fish protection device, is arranged at one end, close to the sorting pool, of the fish passing pipeline and the inlet of the migration pool and is used for driving the fishes. Compared with a pure migration channel, the device can better help fishes to migrate and pass through the dam, and is low in requirement for geographical conditions, safe, efficient and good in practicability.
