The invention relates to a soft-foundation shallow-layer road section curing structure and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of road construction. The soft-foundation shallow-layer road section curing structure comprises two rows of supporting and blocking columns inserted and fixed into a soft foundation, a supporting plate is fixed between two rows of the supporting and blocking columns, and a road layer is laid on the supporting plate; and a middle part of the road layer is provided with cable-stayed assemblies for providing a pulling force to two sides of a road. The construction method comprises the following steps: conducting soft-foundation in-situ solidification; inserting two rows of the supporting and blocking columns into the soft foundation and the supporting plate is fixedly arranged between two rows of the supporting and blocking columns; pouring cavities are formed in supporting baffle plates at two ends of the supporting and blocking columns and the cable-stayed assemblies are arranged on the supporting plate; and the road layer is formed in a filling in the pouring cavities. The soft-foundation shallow-layer road section curing structure has advantages of improving construction efficiency and shortening a construction period.
