Grouting process for advanced drilling
The invention relates to a construction process, and particularly discloses a grouting process for advanced drilling. According to the grouting process, a grouting sleeve is adopted, the grouting sleeve comprises a pipe body, and a grouting channel is formed in the pipe body in the axial direction; and at least one group of grout outlet holes are formed in the pipe wall of the pipe body, and the grout outlet holes communicate with the grouting channel. The grouting process comprises the following steps that firstly, the grout outlet end of the pipe body is blocked; the grout outlet end of the pipe body is inwards inserted into a to-be-grouted hole, and it is ensured that the grout outlet hole enters the to-be-grouted hole; pre-tightening grout is introduced from the grout inlet end of the pipe body in a pressurized mode, and the pre-tightening grout flows out of the grout outlet hole and enters a gap between the pipe body and the hole wall of the to-be-grouted hole; standing is carried out until the pre-tightening grout is solidified; and the grout outlet end of the pipe body is drilled through, filling grout is introduced from the grout inlet end of the pipe body in a pressurized mode, and grouting filling of a to-be-grouted area is carried out. According to the grouting process for advanced drilling, the grout can be effectively prevented from flowing back from the hole opening, the grouting pressure is guaranteed, and the grouting efficiency and the grouting effect are improved.
本发明涉及一种施工工艺,具体公开了一种用于超前钻孔的注浆工艺。该注浆工艺采用注浆套管,所述的注浆套管包括管体,所述的管体内沿轴向设有注浆通道;所述管体的管壁上设有至少一组出浆孔,所述的出浆孔与注浆通道连通。注浆是首先封堵管体的出浆端;将管体出浆端朝内插入待注浆孔,确保出浆孔进入待注浆孔内;从管体进浆端加压通入预紧浆液,预紧浆液从出浆孔流出,进入管体与待注浆孔孔壁之间的间隙;静置至预紧浆液凝固;钻穿管体的出浆端,从管体进浆端加压通入填充浆液,进行待注浆区域的注浆填充。以上所述的注浆工艺可以有效的避免浆液从孔口反流,保证注浆压力,提高注浆效率和注浆效果。
