According to the technical scheme, the advanced grouting equipment and the advanced grouting method are characterized in that the advanced grouting method comprises the specific steps that an advanced grouting hole is formed in a shield tunneling machine; a drill rod of the advanced drilling machine is adjusted by means of a pipe piece erector and a pitching air cylinder of the advanced grouting equipment, so that the drill rod is inserted into the advanced grouting hole; the advanced drilling machine is controlled to drill holes to the front of a shield tunneling machine cutter head, and grouting operation is conducted; in the drilling process, changes of parameters such as rotating pressure, propulsive force and impact pressure are observed all the time, and shutdown inspection is conducted immediately when abnormal phenomena are found; and a drill rod of the advanced drilling machine is controlled to retreat from the current advanced grouting hole, and the advanced grouting hole is replaced until the advanced drilling machine completes advanced grouting operation in all the advanced grouting holes. According to the method, changes of parameters such as the rotating pressure, the propulsive force and the impact pressure serve as the basis for judging the working state of the drill rod by field control personnel, the requirement of advanced grouting operation for the professional quality of the field control personnel is lowered, and rapid propulsion of shield construction is assisted.
