The invention discloses an underground diaphragm wall anti-streaming structure under the medium-thickness sand layer condition and a construction method thereof. The underground diaphragm wall anti-streaming structure comprises I-shaped steel installed at the two ends of a reinforcement cage, and anti-streaming iron sheets are connected to the side faces, close to a groove wall, of the I-shaped steel; and one ends of the anti-streaming iron sheets are fixedly connected with the I-shaped steel, and the other ends of the anti-streaming iron sheets extend in the direction opposite to the movement direction of concrete when the concrete is poured. The anti-streaming iron sheets are mounted on the outer sides of I-shaped steel wing plates, so that streaming of concrete can be blocked preliminarily; square holes are designed in the surface of each connector box, so that the connector box can enter a groove, buoyancy borne by the connector box during lowering is reduced, and lowering difficulty of the connector box is lowered; and connecting plates are arranged at the top of each connector box, and connecting holes are formed in the bottom of each connector box, so that splicing of multiple sections of connector boxes is facilitated.
