The invention relates to an auxiliary guide device for lowering an underground diaphragm wall anti-streaming sand bag. The device comprises a pair of supports which are connected with each other in a distance-adjustable manner, and a pair of guide plates obliquely fixed on the corresponding supports, wherein the supports are arranged on the ground and are positioned above a joint position of a groove section of an underground diaphragm wall, the bottom ends of the guide plates are aligned with the edge of the joint of the groove section, and the bottom ends of the pair of guide plates and the inner walls of the two sides of the groove section are enclosed to form a lowering opening of the sand bag. According to the auxiliary guide device, the guide plates are obliquely fixed to the supports, the pair supports are symmetrically arranged and connected with each other to form a stable structure to be erected on the groove section, and moving and overturning are not prone to happening; and the pair of guide plates are obliquely arranged and define the lowering opening for the sand bag with the inner walls of the two sides of the groove section, then a forklift is adopted for putting the sand bag into the joint position in the groove section from the lowering opening, in the process, the guide plates are used for guiding the sand bag, the putting position of the sand bag is controlled, and the situation that construction is affected due to the fact that the sand bag falls into a pouring position of the groove section is avoided.
