A round pipe, a drill bit and conical wheels are arranged, the output end of the motor drives the reciprocating lead screw to rotate rapidly, the reciprocating lead screw drives a first conical wheel, a second conical wheel and a third conical wheel to be sequentially connected with an auxiliary conical wheel in a meshed mode, thus the auxiliary conical wheel drives the drill bit to rotate rapidly to drill a hole in an inner wall of the foundation pit, the round pipe is inserted into a formed hole groove for grouting, so that stability is improved.
