The invention discloses a prefabricated part with auxiliary steel bars, a manufacturing method of the prefabricated part and a connecting structure. The prefabricated part comprises a prefabricated part body; main steel bars are longitudinally arranged in the prefabricated part body; the tops of the main steel bars extend out of the top of the prefabricated part body; the auxiliary steel bars are fixedly connected to the side surfaces of the parts, extending out of the top of the prefabricated part body, of the main steel bars; and the lower ends of the auxiliary steel bars are located above the top of the prefabricated part body. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that firstly, the prefabricated part body is produced, the main steel bars are longitudinally arranged in the prefabricated part body, and the tops of the main steel bars extend out of the top of the prefabricated part body; and 2, after the prefabricated part body is produced, the auxiliary steel bars are fixed to the side faces of the main steel bars. After the prefabricated part body is produced, the prefabricated part body is fixed to the main steel bars of the prefabricated part in a rear-mounted mode, and a complex mold structure does not need to be designed in the production process.
