The invention discloses a prefabricated part with separated reinforcing steel bars and a connecting method thereof. The prefabricated part comprises a first prefabricated part, a second prefabricated part, additional reinforcing steel bars and a special concrete post-pouring section. The connecting end of the first prefabricated part is provided with a connecting key, the first prefabricated part is provided with a first separation reinforcing steel bar, the prefabricated connecting end of the second prefabricated part is provided with a connecting groove, the connecting groove is matched with the connecting key in structure, and the second prefabricated part is provided with a second separation reinforcing steel bar. The second separation steel bars and the first separation steel bars are spatially staggered, the additional steel bars are simultaneously connected with the first separation steel bars and the second separation steel bars, and the special concrete post-pouring section is formed at the butt joint of the first prefabricated part and the second prefabricated part after special concrete is poured. The on-site wet construction amount and the construction difficulty can be reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
