Fabricated curved wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated curved wall and a construction method thereof. The curved wall comprises a wall body and a reinforcing mesh; the side wall of the wall body is a curved surface; a filling cavity is formed in the middle of the wall body; the reinforcing mesh is partially located in the wall body and partially exposed in the filling cavity; an inserting part is arranged on one side of the wall body; an inserting groove is formed in the other side of the wall body; and the inserting part is matched with an inserting groove in another wall body in an inserting manner and is fixed through a bolt. According to the construction method of the fabricated curved wall, firstly, the wall body is modeled through modeling software first, the reinforcing mesh is prefabricated in a factory according to the form of the wall body, 3D printing is conducted on a model on the reinforcing mesh, the fabricated curved wall is formed, the wall is transported to a construction site to be assembled, the inserting part is inserted into the inserting groove of another wall, the inserting parts and inserting grooves are fixed through bolts, finally, concrete is poured into filling cavities, a splicing position and a splicing gap of two wall bodies are filled with the concrete at the same time, and the two adjacent wall bodies form a unified component.
