The invention provides a fabricated wall and a construction method thereof. The fabricated wall comprises a target wall body, external corner leveling parts, a keel frame and a composite wallboard; the fabricated wall is fixed to the target wall body, the keel frame is fixed to the fabricated wall, and the composite wallboard is fixed to the keel frame; the target wall body is provided with a flat splicing face, an internal corner face and an external corner face; the external corner leveling parts comprise the flat splicing leveling part, the internal corner leveling part and the external corner leveling part and are used for leveling the flat splicing face, the internal corner face and the external corner face till the internal corner face, the flat splicing face and the external corner face of the target wall body meet the flatness index requirement of assembly; and an internal corner keel frame, a flat splicing keel frame and an external corner keel frame are fixed to the internal corner leveling part, the flat splicing leveling part and the external corner leveling part correspondingly, then the composite wallboard is fixed to the internal corner keel frame, the flat splicing keel frame and the external corner keel frame, and thus multiple defects in the prior art are overcome.
