The prefabricated prestressed reinforced concrete folding beam comprises a first prefabricated straight beam and a second prefabricated straight beam which are inclined, and the upper end of the first prefabricated straight beam and the upper end of the second prefabricated straight beam are in butt joint to form an inverted V shape; prestressed tensioning through holes are reserved in the first prefabricated straight beam and the second prefabricated straight beam in the length direction of the first prefabricated straight beam and the second prefabricated straight beam; and bent prestressed cables penetrate into the prestressed tensioning through holes of the first prefabricated straight beam and the second prefabricated straight beam. The use amount of molds can be effectively saved, mold machining is simpler, the construction procedure is simple, operation is convenient, the construction period and labor force are saved, the safety and stability of joints at the bending position of the bent beam can be effectively guaranteed, and comprehensive development of the fabricated technology is promoted.
