Prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow beam
A prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow beam relates to the field of building structure engineering and comprises a hollow beam body, a cover plate and a reinforcement cage arranged in the hollow beam body, the section of the hollow beam body is U-shaped, the cover plate is arranged at the inner edge of an upper opening of the hollow beam body, and the cover plate and the hollow beam body are matched with each other to form a cavity. The steel reinforcement framework comprises bottom ribs, upper prestressed ribs and U-shaped stirrups, a plurality of bottom prestressed ribs are arranged between the left bottom rib and the right bottom rib, and the bottom prestressed ribs and the bottom ribs are arranged in parallel; the prestressed tendons are tensioned through a pre-tensioning method, concrete is poured to a certain height and placed into the inner formwork to be fixed, the concrete is poured into a gap between the inner formwork and the outer formwork, after the concrete is formed, the concrete is released, redundant prestressed tendons are cut off, the formworks are removed, and the cover plate is bonded to the groove through mortar to form a closed cavity. The self-weight of the structure is reduced, the using amount of steel bars and concrete is reduced, and the anti-cracking and anti-deformation capacity of the component is greatly improved.
