Concrete cave dwelling and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a construction method for a concrete cave dwelling. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, a steel pipe for supporting the top of the cave dwelling is prefabricated, and the steel pipe is mechanically bent into a radian with the same curvature as that of the top of the cave dwelling; 2, frame body base plates and a vertical rod bases are arranged on a concrete panel at the bottom of the cave dwelling, vertical rods are inserted into the upper parts of the bases, and transverse rods are erected; 3, supports are erected upwards in sequence; 4, prefabricated jackings are arranged at the upper ends of the topmost vertical rods, each jacking comprises a jacking lead screw and an arc-shaped top plate, and flanges are arranged on the two opposite sides of each top plate; 5, the top prefabricated arc-shaped steel pipe is arranged on the prefabricated jackings, and battens are arranged at the upper part of the steel pipe in the clear depth direction of the cave dwelling to serve as a formwork secondary keel; 6, an arc-shaped formwork is arranged at the upper part of the secondary keel, and steel bars are bound; and 7, the cave dwelling panel arc-shaped formwork is arranged on the upper surfaces of the steel bars, and concrete is poured. According to the construction method for the concrete cave dwelling, the prefabricated arc-shaped steel pipe and the jackings are coordinated with a ring lock scaffold and self-compacting concrete, so that the construction of the concrete cave dwelling can be more efficiently carried out.
