The limiting sleeve comprises a limiting sleeve body; an annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the limiting sleeve body; limiting grooves are formed in the two sides of the inner wall of the limiting sleeve body; the limiting grooves communicate with the annular groove; the spin lock device comprises a spin lock support and a cushion block; the limiting sleeve is arranged in the cushion block; a spin locking bolt is arranged in the limiting sleeve body; a spring penetrating hole is formed in the spin locking bolt; a spring is arranged in the spring penetrating hole; steel balls are arranged at the two ends of the spring respectively; the spin locking bolt is arranged in the limiting sleeve body; one end of the spin locking bolt penetrates out of the cushion block and is provided with a lock head, and the other end of the spin locking bolt is provided with a spin locking nut; one end of each steel ball is fixedly connected with the spring, and other end of each steel ball abuts against the annular groove or the corresponding limiting groove; the lower end of the spin lock support is provided with a connecting base; and the cushion block is movably connected with the connecting base through limiting bolts. The spin lock device is ingenious in structure, adapts to locking of translation loading equipment, and is rapid in operation, smooth in rotation, time-saving and labor-saving.
