Lock sleeve for mortise lock head, machining method and filling body
The invention provides a lock sleeve for a mortise lock head, a processing method and a filling body, and the processing method comprises the following steps: processing on a steel plate, and rolling the steel plate into a lock sleeve shape. The lock sleeve is a hollow shell and is provided with an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are vertically communicated, a cavity formed by the upper cavity and the lower cavity penetrates through the two ends of the shell in the length direction of the shell, and the shell is provided with a dial wheel assembling notch and mounting holes corresponding to the marble holes in the inner lock cylinder and the outer lock cylinder. The filling body is assembled in the upper cavity, and the bottom of the filling body is matched with the lower cavity to be used for containing the inner lock cylinder and the outer lock cylinder. A plurality of connecting channels are arranged on the filling body in a penetrating mode, one ends of the connecting channels are communicated with the mounting holes, and the other ends of the connecting channels are communicated with marble holes in the inner lock cylinder and the outer lock cylinder. The steel plate is rolled into the shape of the lock body, and the filling body is filled in the steel plate to replace a traditional block-shaped integrated lock body, so that the machining process is simplified, and the material utilization rate is increased.
