The invention discloses a hinge mechanism of an access door. The hinge mechanism of an access door comprises a door frame, a door plate is arranged in the door frame, the door plate and the door frame are mutually embedded, a welding plate is arranged on a side face of the door frame and is of a long-strip-shaped structure, and a fixing base is arranged on a surface of the welding plate. A first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft are arranged on a back of the door plate, fixing parts are arranged on side faces of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, the fixing parts of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are arranged in a mirror image mode, the fixing parts are fixed to second threaded columns on a surface of the door plate through hexagon bolts, connecting shafts are arranged at tail ends of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, the connecting shafts are connected with fixing plates, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are rotationally connected with the fixing plates through the connecting shafts, the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are each of a semi-arc-shaped structure, the tail ends of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are bent inwards and form a groove-shaped structure with the bent arc, and due to the arrangement, the door can be opened to 120 degrees or more.
