The invention provides a railway vehicle door redundancy control system and method and a railway vehicle. The system comprises a control unit, a first door controller, a second door controller and a contralateral door controller switch; the first door controller is connected with a first vehicle door; the second door controller is connected with a second vehicle door; an input end of the first door controller is connected with the control unit and is used for receiving a first door control signal; the input end of the first door controller is also connected with the contralateral door controller switch and is used for receiving a signal for starting a contralateral door controller; the input end of the first door controller is also used for receiving a second door control signal from the control unit according to the signal for starting the contralateral door controller; an input end of the second door controller is connected with the control unit and is used for receiving the second door control signal; the input end of the second door controller is also connected with the contralateral door controller switch and is used for receiving the signal for starting the contralateral door controller; and the input end of the second door controller is further used for receiving the first door control signal from the control unit according to the signal for starting the contralateral door controller. The system reduces the number of door controllers.
