Light calcined dolomite and method for reducing calcined powder rate of high-iron-aluminum dolomite
The invention belongs to the technical field of metallurgy, and particularly relates to light-burned dolomite and a method for reducing the calcined powder rate of high-iron-aluminum dolomite. The method for reducing the calcining powder rate of the high-iron aluminum dolomite comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out low-temperature pretreatment on the high-iron aluminum dolomite; (2) calcining the high-iron aluminum dolomite subjected to low-temperature pretreatment; and (3) cooling to obtain the light-burned dolomite. According to the method for reducing the calcining powder rate of the high-iron-aluminum dolomite, the high-iron-aluminum dolomite is subjected to low-temperature preheating treatment, the calcining temperature and the rotating speed of the rotary kiln are increased in the calcining process, and a material layer is thinned, so that an iron-containing phase and an aluminum-containing phase can be promoted to participate in a reaction; and therefore, the strength of light-burned dolomite is improved, the powder rate is reduced, the kiln condition is improved, and the ring forming period of the rotary kiln is prolonged.
