Lightweight concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, in particular to lightweight concrete and a preparation method thereof. The lightweight concrete is prepared from, by mass, 350-500 parts of coarse aggregate; 200 to 280 parts of sand; 450 to 520 parts of cement; 60 to 120 parts of a hydrophobic organic resin-hollow glass bead composite system; 0.6 to 2.5 parts of a water reducing agent; 1-4 parts of a foaming agent; and 150 to 200 parts of water. The hydrophobic organic resin-hollow glass bead composite system is obtained by carrying out in-situ polymerization on at least one of a monovinyl aromatic monomer, a maleic acid monomer, an aliphatic olefin nitrile monomer and an aliphatic olefin carboxylic acid monomer on the surface of the hollow glass bead. According to the invention, the hydrophobic organic resin-hollow glass bead composite system is introduced, so that the impermeability of the concrete can be improved and the strength loss of the concrete can be reduced under the condition of ensuring light weight.
