Lightweight aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to concrete, in particular to lightweight aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 98 parts of cement, 66 parts of fly ash, 87 parts of micro-absorbent ceramsite, 238 parts of fine aggregate, 3.2 parts of a water reducing agent, 3.2 parts of a synergist, 2.6 parts of sodium monofluorophosphate, 3.1 parts of sodium alginate, 74 parts of water, 20 parts of ulothrix and 20 parts of glass fibers. According to the invention, micropores of the ceramsite are sealed by light and waterproof starch slurry, so the ceramsite is not easy to absorb water during subsequent stirring with water, the strength of the ceramsite is improved, and finally, the effect of improving the strength of concrete is achieved; and ulothrix is uniformly distributed in the concrete, which is equivalent to the construction of a flexible limiting net, so each ceramsite is difficult to escape from the original position through buoyancy.
