The method comprises the steps that a steel pipe body is vertically installed in a foundation pit, and the steel pipe body is sleeved with a formwork pile casing; a vibrating mechanism is placed between the first pouring cavity and the second pouring cavity, and upward movement of the vibrating mechanism is achieved through a lifting rope; when pouring starts, the lifting rope is in a straightened state, and when the vibrating mechanism is jacked by concrete grout, the lifting rope is loosened, so that a pressure signal on the pressure sensor disappears; after feeding is paused, the first vibrator and the second vibrator are started at the same time to start vibrating operation; and after vibration is completed, the vibration mechanism is lifted to the next pouring layer to continue pouring and vibration. By means of the construction mode of layered pouring and vibrating, the concrete vibrating effect is greatly improved, and then the construction quality of the whole concrete-filled steel tubular column is guaranteed.
