Preparation process of antibacterial green body reinforcing agent for ceramic ornaments
The invention discloses a preparation process of an antibacterial green body reinforcing agent for ceramic ornaments. The preparation process comprises the following steps that S1, 20-25 parts by weight of enzymatic hydrolysis lignin and 25 parts by weight of pretreatment liquid are taken and mixed to be uniform, heat preservation is conducted for 50-60 min at the constant temperature of 38 DEG C, drying and enzyme deactivation are conducted at the temperature of 80-100 DEG C after treatment is completed, and modified enzymatic hydrolysis lignin is obtained; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a nano antibacterial agent with potassium feldspar and bentonite, adding modified enzymatic hydrolysis lignin and phenolic resin to prepare powder as a green body reinforcing agent, creating powder preparation conditions through the phenolic resin, and uniformly dispersing the modified enzymatic hydrolysis lignin and the nano antibacterial agent under heating and magnetic stirring; and when the green body is sintered, carbonizing the enzymatic hydrolysis lignin to form a porous carrier loaded with the nano antibacterial agent, and therefore, the porous carrier has good antibacterial effect, thermal stability and strength.
本发明公开了木质素陶瓷摆件技术领域的一种陶瓷摆件的抗菌坯体增强剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、按照重量份数,取20~25份酶解木质素,25份预处理液混合均匀,恒温38℃保温50~60min,处理结束后用80~100℃烘干,灭酶活,得到改性酶解木质素;本发明将纳米抗菌剂、与钾长石和膨润土混合并加入改性酶解木质素和酚醛树脂制成粉末而作为坯体增强剂,通过酚醛树脂创造制粉条件并使改性酶解木质素和纳米抗菌剂在加热磁力搅拌下完成均匀分散,而在坯体烧成时酶解木质素炭化形成负载纳米抗菌剂的多孔载体,具有良好的抗菌效果和热稳定性和强度。
