Ceramic body reinforcing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic industry, and provides a ceramic body reinforcing agent and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic body reinforcing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-22 parts of a polydopamine modified bentonite-calcium polyphosphate composite material, 6-15 parts of lignin modified inorganic particles, 5-12 parts of sepiolite powder, 3-10 parts of an inorganic binder and 0.1-2 parts of magnesium lithium sodium silicate. The polydopamine modified bentonite-calcium polyphosphate composite material is generated by reaction of bentonite, nano silicon dioxide, alkyl sulfonate, dopamine hydrochloride, aluminum chloride and calcium polyphosphate, and the lignin modified inorganic particles are generated by reaction of inorganic particles and alkali lignin. The ceramic body reinforcing agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small usage amount and capability of greatly enhancing the structural strength of the body, and can greatly enhance the strength of the ceramic body under the condition of not influencing the flowability of slurry.
