The invention discloses a preparation method of a lightweight thermal-insulation high-toughness fireproof plate. The lightweight thermal-insulation high-toughness fireproof plate takes a glass fiber mat as a core layer and resin and hollow glass beads as core layer dipping slurry, and is formed by hot pressing after dipping, and the preparation method comprises the following specific steps: preparing the core layer dipping slurry; impregnating the glass fiber mat into the core layer impregnating slurry to obtain a prepreg; and stacking the plurality of pre-impregnated materials and a piece of decorative veneering paper, and then carrying out hot press molding. Compared with the prior art, the glass beads are added into the fireproof plate, on the premise that the fireproof grade reaches the grade A of a non-combustible plate, light weight and heat preservation are achieved, and meanwhile the mechanical strength of the plate is improved by adding the glass fiber fabric. The internal weight is light, the hollow microbeads and the buffer material can effectively absorb shock and improve the structural safety, and the toughness of the internal structure is improved and the impact resistance is enhanced through the use of the glass fiber net. The fireproof effect is good, certain moisture-proof and waterproof effects are achieved, high temperature resistance is achieved, and the service life is long.
