The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a low-modulus deketoxime type weather-proof sealant, and the low-modulus deketoxime type weather-proof sealant comprises the following raw materials by weight: 80-120 parts of alpha, omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane; 10-30 parts of silicone oil; 40-120 parts of filler; 1-4 parts of a chain extender; 4-12 parts of a cross-linking agent; 1-5 parts of a coupling agent; and 0.5-2 parts of a catalyst. According to the invention, by adding the chain extender, the molecular chain of the base rubber is prolonged, the crosslinking points of the base rubber are reduced, so that the elongation at break of the base rubber is improved, the modulus of the base rubber is reduced, meanwhile, the phenyl tris (methylethylketoxime) silane is added, and the steric hindrance of the phenyl tris (methylethylketoxime) silane is greater than that of other crosslinking agents, so the crosslinking density is reduced; the formula does not contain the white oil plasticizer, such that the problem of base material pollution is solved, and the weather resistance of the silicone adhesive is substantially improved.
本发明公开了一种低模量脱酮肟型耐候胶的制备方法及应用,该低模量脱酮肟型耐候胶包括以下重量份原料:α,ω‑二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷80‑120份;硅油10‑30份;填料40‑120份;扩链剂1‑4份;交联剂4‑12份;偶联剂1‑5份;催化剂0.5‑2份,本发明中通过扩链剂的加入使基胶分子链延长,使其交联点减少从而提高其断裂伸长率和降低其模量,同时本发明中加入苯基三丁酮肟基硅烷,由于苯基三丁酮肟基硅烷比别的交联剂空间位阻大,即降低了交联密度,使其降低硅酮密封胶的模量,且在配方中不含白油增塑剂,解决了污染基材的问题,同时极大的提高了硅酮胶的耐候性。
