The invention provides an inorganic sealant as well as a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of sealing materials. The inorganic sealant provided by the invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10%-20% of an emulsion, 40%-50% of an adhesive material, 0.1%-0.3% of anti-crack short fibers, 39%-44% of aggregate and 0.5%-1% of an additive. The main components of the inorganic sealant provided by the invention are the aggregate and the adhesive material, the mass ratio of the aggregate and the adhesive material is 80% or more, and the mass ratio of the emulsion is only 10%-20%; and the inorganic sealant belongs to an inorganic material which has better ultraviolet resistance, aging resistance and weather resistance compared with an organic material.
