The invention discloses a novel anti-collision UHPC bridge deck which comprises a bridge deck slab body, one end of the bridge deck slab body is connected with a first reinforcing steel bar in a welded mode, the other end of the bridge deck slab body is connected with a third reinforcing steel bar in a welded mode, one end of the third reinforcing steel bar is connected with a second reinforcing steel bar in a welded mode, and steel plate covered edges are arranged on the periphery of the bridge deck slab, and the thickness of the steel plate covered edge is 6 mm; compared with a common concrete bridge deck, the UHPC high-performance concrete bridge deck has the advantages that the thickness of the bridge deck slab is reduced and the weight of the bridge deck slab is greatly reduced under the condition of equal stress, and compared with a steel structure frame bridge deck slab, the UHPC high-performance concrete bridge deck is higher in corrosion resistance and long in turnover use time in application of a sea-crossing trestle.
本发明公开了一款新型防碰撞UHPC桥面板,所述UHPC桥面板包括桥面板主体,所述桥面板主体一端焊接连接有第一钢筋,所述桥面板主体另一端焊接连接有第三钢筋,且所述第三钢筋一端焊接连接有第二钢筋,所述桥面板四周均设置有钢板包边,且所述钢板包边设置为6mm;本发明为UHPC高性能混凝土桥面板,在同等受力的情况下,较普通混凝土桥面板减小了桥面板的厚度,极大减轻了桥面板的重量,且相比较钢结构框架桥面板,其耐腐蚀性更强,在跨海栈桥的应用上周转使用时间长。
