UHPC bridge deck slab and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a UHPC bridge deck slab and a construction method thereof. The UHPC bridge deck slab comprises a bridge deck slab body and a plurality of cavities which are located in the bridge deck slab body, parallel to the width direction of the bridge deck slab body and distributed in the longitudinal direction of the bridge deck slab body at intervals, and sealing blocks used for sealing ports are arranged at the two ends of each cavity; the cavity comprises a first cylindrical cavity internally provided with an in-vitro unbonded prestressed steel beam, and the end of the first cylindrical cavity is provided with an anchoring block and an anchorage device for anchoring the in-vitro unbonded prestressed steel beam. The construction method is used for constructing the UHPC bridge deck slab. The anti-cracking performance of the UHPC bridge deck slab is improved by tensioning the external unbonded prestressed steel beams in the first cylindrical cavity, so that the rigidity of the UHPC bridge deck slab does not need to be enhanced by means of a stiffening rib or a steel structure, the external unbonded prestressed steel beams are clear in stress and simple in structure, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
本发明公开了一种UHPC桥面板及其施工方法,UHPC桥面板包括桥面板主体和若干位于桥面板主体内部且与桥面板主体宽度方向平行且沿桥面板主体纵向间隔分布的空腔,各个所述空腔的两端设有用于封闭端口的封口块;所述空腔包括内部设有体外无粘结预应力钢束的第一柱形空腔,所述第一柱形空腔的端部设有锚固块及一对体外无粘结预应力钢束进行锚固的锚具。施工方法用于施工上述UHPC桥面板。本发明通过在第一柱形空腔内张拉体外无粘结预应力钢束来提升UHPC桥面板的抗裂性能,从而无需借助加劲肋或钢结构来增强UHPC桥面板的刚度,体外无粘结预应力钢束受力明确、结构简单,有助于提高施工效率。
