The invention discloses a turnover type guardrail cleaning robot which solves the problem that a guardrail cleaning device in the prior art is complex in structure and has the beneficial effects that the structural arrangement is reasonable, and a guardrail is convenient to clean, and according to the specific scheme, the turnover type guardrail cleaning robot comprises: a walking mechanism, wherein the walking mechanism is provided with a walking part capable of walking; an overturning part, wherein the overturning part comprises an overturning top plate and an overturning side cover, one end of the overturning top plate is movably connected with the top end of the walking mechanism, the overturning top plate and the overturning side cover are fixedly connected and are connected at a set angle, and the overturning side cover is located on the side portion of the walking mechanism; and scrubbing mechanisms, wherein the number of the scrubbing mechanisms is at least two, the scrubbing mechanisms are arranged on the inner sides of the overturning side cover and the side portion, opposite to the overturning side cover, of the walking mechanism correspondingly, and push-pull mechanisms are installed between the overturning top plates and the scrubbing mechanism so as to drive the overturning part to ascend or descend relative to the top end of the walking mechanism.
