Construction method for newly-built line crossing existing pipeline
The invention provides a construction method of a newly-built line crossing an existing pipeline. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1), the pipe diameter, plane and elevation position of the existing pipeline are detected, and a safe construction range around the existing pipeline is calculated and designed; 2), a plurality of cast-in-place row piles are vertically constructed on the two sides of the existing pipeline in the axis direction of the existing pipeline; 3), pile top beams are constructed on the tops of the cast-in-place row piles on the two sides, the upper surfaces of the pile top beams are located above the original ground, and meanwhile cover plates are prefabricated; 4), cover plates are installed on the pile top beams on the two sides, and deformation joints are constructed between the cover plates and the pile top beams; and 5), a roadbed filling layer is paved on the original ground, the roadbed filling layer is covered with the cover plates, and then a new line is constructed on the roadbed filling layer. The problems that when an existing newly-built line intersects with an existing pipeline, the pipeline is difficult to protect under the conditions that the foundation bearing capacity is insufficient and the pipeline burial depth is large, and it is avoided that the safety of the existing pipeline is endangered in the construction processes of foundation pit excavation, earth ramming operation and the like are solved.
本发明提供了一种跨越既有管线的新建线施工方法,包括如下步骤:1)探明既有管线的管道管径及平面、高程位置,计算设计既有管线周围的安全施工范围;2)在既有管线两侧沿其轴线方向垂直施工若干灌注排桩;3)在两侧的灌注排桩顶部施工桩顶冠梁,并使桩顶冠梁上表面位于原地面上方,同时预制盖板;4)在两侧的桩顶冠梁上安装盖板,并在盖板与桩顶冠梁之间施工变形缝;5)在原地面上铺设路基填土层,并使路基填土层覆盖盖板,然后在路基填土层施工新建线。该发明解决了现有新建线与既有管线交叉时,在地基承载力不足、管线埋深较深的情况下难以防护管线,避免开挖基坑、夯土作业等施工过程危及既有管线安全的问题。
