The existing river-crossing bridge and newly-built dike connecting structure comprises an existing road, a connecting structure section and an existing river-crossing bridge, wherein the connection structure section comprises a sand gravel roadbed layer, a graded broken stone base layer is laid on the sand gravel roadbed layer, and a cement concrete pavement layer is poured on the graded broken stone base layer; the cement concrete pavement layer is composed of a slope starting section, a straight section and a slope descending section, a starting point of the slope starting section is connected with an existing river-crossing bridge, and an end point of the slope descending section is connected with an existing road; and retaining walls are further arranged on the two sides of the connecting structure section. Compared with the prior art, an existing river-crossing bridge for reconstructing water blocking is prevented from being dismantled, and engineering investment is reduced; a roadbed layer is filled with sand gravel excavated from a river channel so that investment is saved; the structure is simple, construction is convenient, materials are easy to obtain, manufacturing cost is low, and road passing requirements are met.
