The invention discloses a masonry infilled wall free of constructional columns and a construction method of the masonry infilled wall. The masonry infilled wall free of constructional columns comprises a constraint framework, a plurality of aerated building blocks and a surface layer, wherein the constraint framework comprises a plurality of supporting columns and connecting beams; the supporting columns are arranged in a matrix mode and supported between an upper floor slab and a lower floor slab; the two ends of the supporting columns are anchored in the upper floor slab and the lower floor slab respectively; every two adjacent supporting columns extend oppositely to form limiting flanges; the connecting beams are connected between the limiting flanges of every two adjacent supporting columns, and the limiting flanges of the multiple supporting columns and the connecting beams define a filling space; the aerated building blocks are piled in the filling space to form a core material, and prefabricated concrete blocks used for being connected with a window frame are embedded in the core material; and the surface layer covers the outer parts of the constraint framework and the core material. The problems that an infilled wall is adopted as a wall body between windows, the integrity and stability of the infilled wall cannot be effectively guaranteed, and potential safety hazards are brought to later window frame reinforcement are solved.
