The invention relates to a prefabricated module unit and a data center. The prefabricated module unit comprises bottom-layer frame bodies, top-layer frame bodies and stand columns, each bottom-layer frame body comprises a first connecting box, a first grouting box, a first bottom beam and a second bottom beam, each first grouting box is provided with a first connector located in the surface, away from the top-layer frame body, of the corresponding bottom-layer frame body, each top layer frame body comprises a second connecting box, a second grouting box, a first top beam and a second top beam, the second grouting box is provided with a second connector located on the surface, away from the bottom layer frame body, of the top layer frame body, the stand columns are connected between the first connecting box and the second connecting box, the first connectors used for communicating with the second connectors of the adjacent prefabricated module unit, and the second connectors are used for communicating with the first connectors of the adjacent prefabricated module unit, and the first grouting boxes or the second grouting boxes are provided with a grouting hole for inputting slurry. Positioning of the prefabricated module units is easy to achieve, and the requirements for the spatial position and tolerance in the data center building process are low.
