The invention relates to a prefabricated module unit and a data center. The prefabricated module unit comprises a frame and a firewall, the firewall is connected to the frame to form a wallboard of the prefabricated module unit, and the firewall comprises a first layer and a second layer which are stacked; the surface, away from the second layer, of the first layer is one outer surface of the firewall, and the surface, away from the first layer, of the second layer is the other outer surface of the firewall; and the second layer is located on the side, facing the inner space of the prefabricated module unit, of the first layer, the yield strength of the first layer is larger than or equal to that of the second layer, and the fire endurance of the second layer is larger than or equal to that of the first layer. The firewall has good fireproof performance and high-strength characteristic.
