The invention discloses a composite floor and a preparation and application method thereof. The composite floor comprises a floor main body and decorative plates which are installed on two sides of the floor main body and used for clamping the thickness direction of the floor main body and protecting the side wall, the floor main body comprises a concrete structure layer, a cementing layer, a leveling layer and a surface layer, the leveling layer is laminated on one surface of the concrete structure layer, the cementing layer is laminated on the leveling layer, and the surface layer is laminated on the cementing layer. According to the composite floor and the preparation and application method thereof, outdoor prefabrication is carried out, and then indoor assembly is carried out, so that the construction is convenient; and steel plates are replaced by steel bars, and the steel bars are arranged in the concrete, so that rusting caused by long-term exposure of the steel bars can be avoided.
