The sponge city rainwater collection and utilization intelligent system comprises a plurality of impounding reservoirs used for storing rainwater, each impounding reservoir is internally provided with a water resource calling system, and each water resource calling system comprises a control system, a water resource detection system and a conveying system; the water resource detection system is used for acquiring water resource information of each impounding reservoir and sending the water resource information to the control system, and the control system is used for acquiring water demand information of a user and matching a nearby impounding reservoir or a standby impounding reservoir which is most suitable for the user; when thenearby impounding reservoir does not meet the requirements, the control system is switched to the standbyimpounding reservoir, and the conveying system is used for obtaining impounding reservoir information matched with the user and calling water resources in the reservoir to the user. The system has the advantages that water resources of the multiple impounding reservoirs can be reasonably distributed, and therefore the user requirements can be better met.
