The invention relates to a polluted urban internal lake water quality purification and water ecology restoration system which comprises a purification device. The purification device comprises a water inlet tank, a multi-stage communicating sedimentation tank, an aeration tank communicating with lake water, a first filter screen obliquely arranged on the water inlet tank, a silt suction mechanism arranged in water and connected with the water inlet tank, and an air pump arranged on the ground and connected with the aeration tank, and the water inlet tank, the sedimentation tank, the aeration tank, the first filter screen, the silt suction mechanism and the air pump are successively arranged on the ground; and the water inlet tank is connected with the sedimentation tank at the water inlet end, the aeration tank communicates with the sedimentation tank at the water outlet end, and the silt suction mechanism is used for sucking silt at the lake bottom into the water inlet tank. The system has the advantages that pollutants discharged into lake water are reduced, accumulation of pollutants at the bottom of the lake can be reduced, pollutants at the sewage draining exit are reduced, and therefore the quality of the lake water in a city is improved.
